Agreement and contact
These terms govern your use of Zykoid Marathon, Zykoid Falling, and Zykoid Rising, provided by Euoria LLC, doing business as Euoria Games. By using Zykoid, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game. Contact support@zykoid.com with questions. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms where you live, a parent or guardian must review and agree to them for your use.
Permission to play
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Zykoid for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable store rules. Euoria LLC and its licensors retain rights in the game, branding, artwork, audio, code, and other content. These terms do not transfer ownership of that content to you.
Fair and lawful use
Do not interfere with the game or its services, distribute malware, exploit purchases or advertising rewards, bypass purchase verification, or use the game to violate others’ rights. Do not copy, sell, or redistribute the game or reverse engineer it except where permitted by applicable law. We may restrict access for material misuse, subject to applicable law.
Progress, scores, and medals
Scores, medals, levels, and other achievements are entertainment features with no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. In Zykoid, progress and preferences are stored locally. Cloud backup and cross-device transfer are not provided. Clearing storage, uninstalling, switching devices, or certain technical problems may cause loss of progress. Save-and-exit features do not guarantee permanent backup. Gameplay rules may change in future updates.
Ads and optional rewards
In the ad-supported game, ads may appear at transitions outside active gameplay, and optional actions such as eligible undo, reset, restart, or Zykoid Blast may require a rewarded ad. The game’s prompt explains the action offered. A reward is granted only after the required completion is confirmed; cancelling or an unavailable ad may leave that optional action unavailable. Ads should not be presented over active gameplay. Specific offers and availability may vary by mode, release, and region.
Ad-Free Play and purchases
Where available, Ad-Free Play is a one-time purchase removing all ads, including ads for optional actions. Gameplay limits, such as a limited number of Zykoid Blasts per run, still apply. The purchase screen and store listing will show the actual price, currency, taxes, scope, and availability before you buy. The standard US price is $9.99; the store checkout price controls your purchase. Purchases, eligible restoration, refunds, and billing are subject to the relevant store or payment provider’s rules and your mandatory legal rights. Do not assume a purchase transfers between different stores or platforms unless expressly supported. A purchase requires your confirmation through the purchase interface.
Availability and updates
We may fix, update, or change the game and its features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a specific future feature, or that every device will remain supported. Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice or remedies for material changes affecting paid features. You may stop using the game at any time.
Privacy and third parties
Our Privacy Policy explains information practices. Sharing, email, hosting, advertising when enabled, and purchase services may be provided by third parties whose terms and privacy policies also apply to their services. We are responsible for our own obligations; references to third-party rules do not waive your rights against us.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Zykoid is provided as available without a promise that it will be error-free or fit every particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Euoria LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, or limits remedies that mandatory law gives you.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms to reflect changes in the game, services, or applicable requirements. We will update the effective date and provide appropriate notice of significant changes. Changes do not remove rights that you already have under applicable law. If you do not accept a future change, stop using the game.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, United States, except where the mandatory laws and consumer protections of your place of residence require otherwise. Nothing here requires you to give up a court or complaint process that applicable law makes available to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
